TOM NALLS (Email)
A fourth generation Washingtonian, Tom is a true "local". A graduate of both Georgetown Prep and Georgetown University, his knowledge of the area is unsurpassed. Having run a successful landscaping company for 15 years prior to real esate, there are few neighborhoods Tom doesn\'t know. Tom stresses service to his clients before, during, and after any transaction. His contract knowledge and negotiating skills will ensure a smooth transition for his clients. His attention to detail and pleasant nature help all parties to a transaction feel at ease. His real estate skills have not gone unnoticed. Tom was chosen to manage Long and Foster\'s new Silver Spring Intown office. When something needs to get done, Tom gets it done.
With a wife and five teenage daughters, three dogs, and two cats, Tom has a busy life. He loves attending his daughters' games, choral and band performances, and other family events. In his spare time, he cherishes hiking with his wife, travel, and he even squeezes in some golf when possible. It\'s a hectic pace sometimes but he wouldn\'t want it any other way.
BARBARA CARNEMARK NALLS (Email)
Barbara grew up in New England and California and has been a Washington Area resident since 1985. After many years in the residential remodeling field, Barbara began a career in Real Estate in 1992, went on to be named "Rookie of the Year" for the Washington Area Association of Realtors and has been an area top producer ever since. More importantly, over the years Barbara has developed a style and passion for helping people buy and sell homes that is strong, smart, client oriented, compassionate and a bit of fun. Real estate has to be serious, but it doesn't have to be miserable. A full time professional Realtor and a Trainer for Long & Foster's Bethesda office, Barbara brings experience, industry recognition and local knowledge to her practice
As a working mother with five teenage daughters, she understands the human side of every transaction and the stresses that can accompany any move. More than just a tough negotiator, her goal is always to serve her clients and meet their uniquely individual needs during a time of transition. When she's not working Barbara enjoys time with her family, reading and gardening.
SUSAN VITALE GREYNOLDS (Email)
One of our original and most successful team members, Susan earned her Masters and Doctorate in Counseling from George Washington University and worked extensively in the field of before deciding that a career in Real Estate would better satisfy her twin passions: houses and helping people. You'll be as glad as we are that she did!
Another native Washingtonian, Susan grew up in the Barnaby Woods neighborhood of Northwest Washington, DC offering insight and perspective to her Real Estate clients having watched the area grow and change. She currently lives less than a mile from her family home and next to her beloved Rock Creek Park in Chevy Chase, Maryland; her three sons currently attend her own alma mater elementary school where she is a busy volunteer, when she's not selling Real Estate!
Harrison Beacher (Email)
Our newest team member, Harrison grew up in Silver Spring, is a graduate of St Johns College HS and Georgetown University where in addition to his studies, he played football and was extremely involved with campus programs for at-risk youth.
Always entrepreneurial, Harrison got his start in sales developing an Internet merchandising company on campus and has developed a devoted following for his DJ services throughout the Metro area. But it was his Graphic Arts and IT background that brought him to Nalls Home Partners where he manages the office, assists with our transactions and carries us into the 21st Century - All the while servicing his own rapidly growing book of business, listing and selling homes as well as expertly representing his buyer clients.
RON SULLIVAN (Email)
Ron’s passion for Real Estate was instilled at an early age while growing up in Arizona. His father was a Real Estate Broker for 30 years and served as the President of the Arizona Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors a well. After many years in the Washington Metro area Ron has made a name for himself in real estate in his own right, skillfully advising and negotiating on behalf of his many satisfied clients. Both a thoughtful buyer's agent and a successful listing agent, Ron's motto has always been 'Client First!'
Ron has a BA in Political Science from Arizona State University. In his free time he enjoys spending quality time with his 2 boys, coaching youth sports and playing baseball.
